My Name is Tonya Gardner, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I am committed and passionate about what I do. I have worked with people in the mental health field for over 10 years using proven techniques and interventions to heal and help my clients transform.  Life can be hard and sometimes you just need support to navigate through the difficulties. About Me

Some of my favorite things to do are to get lost in a good book, hang with some good friends, listen to poetry, sing karaoke, and spend time with my family watching movies and playing board games. It's the simple things in life that brings me the most pleasure.  Although, I have been known to take a ride down a zipline and navigate a raft in rapid waters. I am made of many different parts with different sides shining through depending on the circumstances and environment. My main passion is to be part of people's journey just for a little while as they walk down the  pathway towards optimal mental health, healing and harmony.
